it's been awhile since i blogged..
caught up with the habit of keeping a hand written journal for a period of time i guess..
well..
ok so let's start with today..
Yoga for me this morning and I went into a deeper level of healing my soul today.. learnt how to calm myself down with proper breathing techniques. At the same time, strengthening my body.
*lesson of the day!*
Everyday we are different, our physical and mental body may be able to accomplish certain tasks yesterday but maybe not today.. but it is absolutely normal..more importantly, we should not push ourselves too hard on days when we know our body is at a lower physical level..
